Smoother was a Canadian rock band from Hamilton, Ontario, headed by lead vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter Andrew Franey. Their original name was Sponge, which they changed after the American band with the same name began to achieve success in North America. Smoother had several releases on independent labels before their first major label release with 2001's ''Chasing the Dragon'' (EMI Canada). The album was well received critically but failed to meet the sales expectations of EMI. The single "East Side" received extensive radio play in Canada, and was featured in the motion picture ''Men With Brooms''. The band was nominated for Best New Group at the 2002 Juno Awards. ==Line up== *Andrew Franey - vocals, guitar *Todd Knight - guitar *James Flemings - keyboards *Beau Cook - bass *Adam Benning - drums 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Smoother (band)」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
